Hello,
Ball pythons are pretty easy to take care of, I promise. Me and my fellow brothers just need a few thingss to make us feel comfortable. The most important thing we need is a good temperature change. We have to have a warm side and a cool side. I prefer my habitatss warm side to be around 85 degrees and the cool side around 70-75 degrees most of the time. Humidity is also very important because we are from the forest in Africa. Keeping the humidity at 50 percent minimum is good enough to keep most of uss happy. I personally, along with most of my other relatives love hiding placess. The people who adopted me originally had one, but decided to get me one for the cool side and the warm side. I am really glad they did that. Something to climb on like a branch is preferred too. I don't climb as much as my cousin, the Green Tree Python, but its nice to have. Good ground floor is important as well, though I'm not to picky. I currently have a mix of aspen and coconut shavingss, but newspaper works just as good. Oh I almost forgot that water iss important too. We really don't drink very much since we absorb most of our moisture from our food, but we get thirsty sometimess. I myself am not hard to take care of at all, and we, ball pythons, are what I believe to be be, the best pets ever.
Happy with New Home,
Monty
